Two areas in Cape Coral-Fort Myers and Naples are the hottesgt job marketsin mid-sized markets, those with betweeb 100,000 and 250,000 jobs, according to the latest job market rankinges from bizjournals and American City Busineszs Journals. "The major story in thesd places is very rapidpopulation growth, with seasonal residents and tourists coming in," says Mark senior economist with Wachovia Corp. in N.C. "That has really set off a building boom," he says. "There'se a mad rush to builfd infrastructure.
